If you are an experienced professional and just need the connection details without a guide, use these parameters.

North America

• Host (domain): rtk.rtkdata.com

• Host (IP fallback): 13.56.117.10

• Port: 2101

• Username / Password: From RTK Credentials in the internal dashboard (not website login)

• Mountpoint (ALL CAPS): AUTO (recommended) — or AUTO_WGS84, AUTO_ITRF2020, AUTO_ITRF2014

Before you start

To ensure a successful connection, please verify:

1. Credentials: You need a Device Username and Device Password. These are different from your website login! Find them in your Dashboard.

2. Internet: Your device (Controller/Rover) must have an active internet connection (SIM Card or Wi-Fi Hotspot).

3. Firmware: Update your device to the latest version to avoid NMEA formatting bugs.
