## Information to Provide When Contacting Support

When reaching out, please include:

1. **Username** and regional host details
2. **Exact mountpoint** (case-sensitive)
3. A **GGA sentence** from a failed session
4. **Receiver and application** information
5. Specific **error messages** encountered
6. **Testing timestamp and location**

* Enable **GGA transmission** outdoors
* Switch correction format to **RTCM3**
* Verify **password** accuracy (use RTK credentials, not website login)
* Confirm proper **datum/epoch** settings
