Emlid Flow - How to Connect with RTKdata.com (NTRIP RTK Setup)

Use Emlid Flow to stream RTK corrections from RTKdata.com to your Reach RS2/RS2+ and get RTK: FIX in minutes.

Requirements

  • Emlid Reach rover with open sky

  • Emlid Flow app (iOS/Android)

  • Internet (Wi‑Fi or hotspot)

  • RTKdata.com credentials (username/password).

Step‑by‑step

1) Connect rover & open app

Power on the rover, connect it to Wi‑Fi or your phone’s hotspot, then open Emlid Flow and connect to the device.

2) Create NTRIP profile

Correction input → NTRIP → Add new and name the profile (e.g., RTKdata – EU).

Enter RTKdata.com connection settings (Regional hostnames + IP fallback)

Use the regional RTKdata.com hostname where possible. If your device only accepts numbers or your network DNS blocks hostnames, use the numeric IP fallback. Keep ALL CAPS where noted.

  • Host (domain): rtk.rtkdata.com

  • Host (IP fallback): 13.56.117.10

  • Port: 2101

  • Username / Password: your RTKdata.com credentials

  • Mountpoint (ALL CAPS): AUTO (recommended) — or AUTO_WGS84, AUTO_ITRF2020, AUTO_ITRF2014

Only these four mountpoints are valid. Typing local CRS names as mountpoints will result in no corrections. Always use ALL CAPS.

4) Connect & verify FIX

Tap Connect. Wait for Receiving corrections and status FIX (top‑right). You are now at centimeter‑level.

Tips & vertical reference

  • Keep open sky; if stuck on FLOAT, re‑check IP and mountpoint = AUTO.

  • Heights are ellipsoidal; apply a geoid for orthometric elevations as needed.
