Step‑by‑step

1

1) Connect receiver & pick COM

Attach antenna, connect USB, open u‑center, and select the correct COM port. Confirm a basic position (e.g., 3D).

2

2) Open the NTRIP client

Receiver → NTRIP Client… to open the NTRIP window.

3

Enter RTKdata.com connection settings (Regional hostnames + IP fallback)

Use the regional RTKdata.com hostname where possible. If your device only accepts numbers or your network DNS blocks hostnames, use the numeric IP fallback. Keep ALL CAPS where noted.

  • Host (domain): rtk.rtkdata.com

  • Host (IP fallback): 13.56.117.10

  • Port: 2101

  • Username / Password: your RTKdata.com credentials

  • Mountpoint (ALL CAPS): AUTO (recommended) — or AUTO_WGS84, AUTO_ITRF2020, AUTO_ITRF2014

4

4) Verify connection & FIX

The NTRIP icon turns green when streaming. Watch solution evolve Autonomous → RTK Float → RTK FIX.

Tips

  • Use OPEN SKY for faster convergence

  • If stuck on FLOAT: re‑check IP/port, credentials, mountpoint = AUTO; reconnect
